The Buyer shall forthwith or as soon as possible after the sale, (a) supply his name and address, (b) supply, if so required, bank or other suitable references, (c) pay the full purchase price in a way acceptable to the Auctioneer, notwithstanding any prior arrangement for advance payment required by the Auctioneer, and (d) on proof of payment clear the lots purchased by the times specified. It is the responsibility of the Seller to ensure any reserves are received by the Auctioneer. Lots put up for sale are subject, (a) to any reserve price imposed by the Seller, (b) the right of the Auctioneer to bid on behalf of the Seller, and (c) where no reserve has been imposed (but in no other case) for the Seller to bid personally or through any one agent. The Auctioneer has sole discretion, (a) to refuse any bid, (b) to advance the bidding as he may decide, (c) to withdraw or divide any lot or combine one lot with another or others, (d) to exclude any person from the auction rooms, and (e) to require pre-payment in full. In the case of a dispute the Auctioneer may either declare the purchaser or put the lot up again. The Buyer shall be the person making the highest bid which is acceptable to the Auctioneer as signified by the fall of the hammer.

That system It works for most people I guess, just not for me. I threw the unused D'Addario strings I had left from my previous order from Just Strings as I don't need the frustration of dealing with a color coded system for string identification. Really? That's problematic for people like me as I am red/green colorblind.įortunately the Pearse strings are available again and I ordered a half case from Just Strings about a month ago. Compounding the issue with the packaging is D'Addario has switched to using a color coded system employing colored balls to identify the string diameter/string number each string. They no longer package each string separately in an envelope but instead coil the strings into bundles. I found the D'Addario's to be lacking in brightness when compared to the Pearse strings.Īdditionally, I don't care fore for the manner in which D’Addario packages their strings. I usually order Jon Pearse 80/20 light gauge strings (#200L) from Just Strings but they were not available at the time, so I decided to order the D'Addario strings.
